Contacting Applicants & Scheduling Interviews

After you have accepted an assignment, the student will move under the My Interview Assignments section.

  • Click on the bidder'due south proper noun to view all available contact information for the student.

Contact the applicant Please initiate contact with the student right abroad, via email or phone.

  • Here are some Sample E-mail Templates yous may utilise.  Work with the pupil to adapt a mutually agreeable date and time to meet, in an accessible/neutral location (or for a virtual interview via Skype/phone).
  • When reaching out, nosotros ask that yous try to contact the student iii times over a flow of vii-10 days.  Our recommended approach for outreach is: Email, electronic mail, call.

Record attempted contact with the student

  • Each time you contact the applicant, please tape that contact attempt in the Portal.
  • To do this, find the applicant under My Interview Assignments, then click on the written report icon to the left of their name.
  • In the pop-up box, follow the on-screen prompts to record each contact endeavor.
  • If the applicant does not respond to three phone/e-mail outreach attempts over a flow of two weeks, please record this fact in the Portal, select "Concluding Report", and click Save & Close.

If a student declines the interview, or if you lot are unable to reach the student after multiple email/telephone attempts

  • Select theAssignments tab.
  • Discover the student under My Interview Assignments.
  • Click the written report icon to the left of the applicant's name. In the pop-upwards box, follow the on-screen prompts to notation data most a declined interview, or to notation that a student did not respond to multiple contact attempts.  Please feel gratis to add any additional comments or data that may assistance the Admissions Function to understand your efforts and/or this student's response.
  • Annotation: Applicants will not be penalized in the admissions process based on communication challenges or scheduling conflicts.
  • If y'all later on hear from the educatee, and the interview deadline has non passed, you may still conduct the interview!  On the Portal, click the report icon for this student, and you will exist able to edit all of the data you entered.

If the student misses an interview appointment

  • Please call and/or email the student to encounter if in that location was an emergency, or if at that place was any misunderstanding well-nigh the date, time, or location of the interview.
  • If possible, please endeavor to re-schedule the appointment with the pupil, but think that interviews are not required by the Admissions Office.
  • Neither the pupil nor the interviewer should feel undue pressure to consummate the interview. The student volition not be penalized for not having an interview.

Level 1: Leisure. Appropriate for people in practiced health with overall good mobility. Travelers should exist comfortable participating in up to three hours of physical activity per twenty-four hour period. Activities range from light to moderate intensity and include walking, sometimes on uneven terrain, and climbing stairs.

Level 2: Moderately Active. More than enervating than Level 1. Intended for agile people who are comfortable participating in up to v hours of physical activity per day. Trip activities are at moderate intensity and may include walking on difficult terrain, climbing stairs, and embarking and disembarking Zodiac watercrafts. Proficient health is required.

Level iii: Highly Active. More demanding than Level ii. Designed for people who lead active lives and are comfortable participating in upwardly to seven hours of physical activity per 24-hour interval. Trip activities will have a higher intensity and may include all of the above in addition to hiking, exposure to high altitudes, and itineraries that have a demanding daily schedule. Excellent health is necessary.
